Services and custom work

Customer-provided materials

Short quotations
You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link, subject to Jivaro’s Copyright, Licensing & Reuse Policy.
No unauthorized copying or resale

No scraping or AI training

No cloning or reverse engineering

User-generated outputs

Do not scrape, harvest, crawl at abusive rates, bulk download, mirror, dataset-build, or automate interactions in a way that violates these Terms or harms Jivaro systems.
Malware and harmful uploads
Do not upload, submit, link, transmit, or distribute malware, spyware, malicious code, harmful files, exploit payloads, or content intended to compromise systems or users.
Infringement
Do not submit, upload, publish, or use materials that infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secrets, contractual rights, or other third-party rights.
System interference
Do not interfere with, disable, overload, probe, scan, exploit, bypass, or disrupt Jivaro systems, tools, accounts, access controls, security measures, or infrastructure.
Policy evasion
Do not attempt to evade bans, restrictions, license limits, purchase rules, product access rules, account limitations, usage controls, or technical restrictions.

No accuracy guarantee
Jivaro does not guarantee that articles, news, research, reviews, tool outputs, calculators, AI outputs, downloads, prompts, templates, store products, or third-party links are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your needs.
No professional-result guarantee
Jivaro does not guarantee medical, financial, tax, legal, business, SEO, income, ranking, health, investment, publication, approval, sales, subscriber, traffic, or productivity outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jivaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, account loss, investment losses, tax consequences, health outcomes, professional consequences, platform decisions, third-party failures, or reliance on content, tools, products, downloads, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jivaro’s total liability for any claim related to the website, apps, tools, products, downloads, services, or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to Jivaro for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no payment was made, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jivaro from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of Jivaro, your submissions, your purchases, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your infringement of third-party rights, your misuse of apps or tools, your unauthorized reuse of Jivaro materials, or your harmful or unlawful conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes related to Jivaro, these Terms, products, services, tools, accounts, or transactions should be brought in the appropriate courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
No arbitration clause
These Terms do not include a mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver.
Changes to these Terms
Jivaro may update these Terms as the website, apps, tools, store, research section, products, services, promotions, subscriptions, legal requirements, business operations, or policies change. The updated version will apply when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of Jivaro after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
