Jivaro Trust Center
AI Use & Human Review Policy
This policy explains how Jivaro may use artificial intelligence tools, where AI use is restricted, and how human review protects accuracy, privacy, research integrity, and reader trust.
Jivaro may use AI as an assistant in selected workflows, but AI is not treated as an authority, author, editor, source of truth, medical professional, financial adviser, lawyer, peer reviewer, or final decision-maker.
AI may support selected production, editing, coding, design, and organization workflows.
Final editorial judgment, publication decisions, and accountability remain human responsibilities.
Jivaro does not use AI to create health, science, or finance content or claims.
AI must not be used to invent sources, quotes, data, credentials, testing, or expert review.
Policy summary
Jivaro uses AI carefully and selectively. AI tools may help with editing, structure, metadata, summaries for internal review, coding support, data organization, workflow automation, and some visual or design assets. However, AI cannot replace human judgment, source verification, editorial responsibility, or subject-matter review.
For health, science, and finance topics, Jivaro applies stricter limits. AI is not used to generate, interpret, validate, or publish health, science, or finance content or claims.
Core rule
AI may support the workflow, but it does not own the work. Jivaro remains responsible for what it publishes, sells, builds, and presents to users.
Permitted AI-assisted uses
Jivaro may use AI tools for limited assistance in production and operations. Permitted uses may include the following, provided the final output is reviewed by a human where appropriate.
Editing and readability
AI may assist with grammar, clarity, structure, formatting, readability, and organization for non-restricted content.
SEO metadata
AI may help prepare SEO titles, meta descriptions, excerpts, page summaries, category descriptions, and internal-link planning.
Internal source summaries
AI may be used to summarize source material for internal review, but the original source must remain the authority. AI summaries are not treated as citations or proof.
Code and debugging
AI may assist with code prototypes, scripts, app logic, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and technical troubleshooting.
Design and graphics
AI may assist with icons, background graphics, visual concepts, mockups, Canva-style assets, and other design-support materials.
Organization and automation
AI may help create tables, checklists, workflows, summaries, labels, outlines for internal organization, and productivity systems.
Restricted and prohibited AI uses
Jivaro does not permit AI use that misleads readers, invents evidence, weakens accountability, compromises privacy, or creates false impressions of expertise, testing, authorship, or review.
Fabrication is prohibited
AI must not be used to fabricate sources, quotes, citations, references, credentials, affiliations, data, statistics, research findings, test results, hands-on experience, or expert review.
No final editorial authority
AI must not make final editorial decisions, determine whether a claim is true, decide whether a page should be published, or replace human accountability for published work.
No fake people or credentials
AI-generated people must not be listed as authors, reviewers, editors, editorial board members, medical reviewers, financial reviewers, contributors, sources, or real experts.
No deceptive reviews
AI must not be used to create fake user reviews, fake product testing, fake app testing, fake testimonials, fake screenshots, or claims that Jivaro personally tested something when it did not.
No impersonation
AI must not be used to impersonate real people, organizations, experts, customers, authors, reviewers, public figures, or users.
No private data misuse
AI tools must not be used in ways that expose confidential user data, unpublished manuscripts, private submissions, sensitive support requests, or restricted business information without appropriate permission and disclosure.
Health, science, and finance restrictions
Jivaro applies stricter rules to health, science, and finance because these topics can affect medical decisions, financial decisions, personal safety, and public trust.
Jivaro does not use AI to create, interpret, validate, or publish health, science, or finance content or claims. AI is not used as a medical, scientific, financial, legal, tax, investment, or research authority.
Health, science, and finance content should be handled through human judgment, appropriate sourcing, careful language, relevant disclaimers, and direct review of underlying materials where applicable.
Disclosure approach
Sitewide AI disclosure
This page serves as Jivaro’s sitewide disclosure for permitted AI-assisted workflows. Jivaro does not add a separate AI disclosure to every page merely because AI helped with limited production tasks such as formatting, metadata, grammar, organization, or coding support.
Illustrative news images
If Jivaro uses an AI-generated or AI-assisted image as an illustrative image for a news item, the image should be identified as illustrative rather than presented as a real photograph, real screenshot, real person, real event, or documentary record.
Design assets
AI may be used for icons, backgrounds, mockups, template concepts, and visual-support assets. These assets should not be used to misrepresent real evidence, real testing, real products, real patients, real users, or real events.
Reader responsibility
Readers and customers should independently review outputs created from any prompts, templates, tools, worksheets, or workflows before relying on them for important decisions.
Research and Jivaro Journal
Research content and external submissions require additional care. AI tools may be used in limited ways, but they cannot replace authorship, originality, research judgment, peer review, or responsibility for the submitted work.
Author use
Authors may use AI tools for editing, formatting, translation, organization, or presentation support, but meaningful use should be disclosed where required by Jivaro Journal policies.
No AI authorship
AI tools cannot be listed as authors, co-authors, reviewers, editors, editorial board members, contributors, or accountable parties.
References and data
AI-generated references, citations, images, data, tables, claims, or summaries must be checked against original sources and disclosed where applicable.
Peer review confidentiality
Reviewers and editors must not upload confidential manuscripts, private reviewer comments, unpublished data, or restricted submission materials into public AI tools without appropriate authorization.
AI-powered apps, tools, and user data
Local vs. external processing
Jivaro should distinguish between tools that operate locally in the browser and tools that send information to external services, including AI services.
AI service disclosure
If a Jivaro app or tool sends user-provided information to an AI service, users should be informed through the relevant app page, interface, privacy notice, or apps data policy.
Sensitive information
Users should not enter sensitive medical, financial, legal, personal, confidential, or account-related information into AI-powered tools unless the tool is specifically designed for that purpose and explains how the data is handled.
Related policies
For more detail about data handling, users should review Jivaro’s Privacy Policy and Apps Data Policy.
Store products and prompts
Jivaro may sell digital products, templates, prompts, worksheets, services, and workflow resources. This AI Use Policy does not separately govern every store product unless a product page says otherwise.
Customers are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and verifying any outputs generated from prompts, templates, workflows, or tools before using them in real projects, publications, business decisions, financial decisions, health decisions, legal matters, or other important contexts.
No guaranteed outcomes
AI-related products, prompts, and workflows are productivity resources. They do not guarantee rankings, income, accuracy, business success, legal compliance, medical results, investment returns, or publication acceptance.
Human accountability
Jivaro remains responsible for its published pages, tools, policies, and products. When AI is used in a permitted workflow, the presence of AI does not remove the need for human review, ethical judgment, fact-checking, privacy awareness, source verification, and correction when meaningful errors are found.
If readers believe AI use has caused an error, misleading statement, privacy concern, fabricated source, or other issue, they should contact Jivaro through the Contact page or Corrections Policy process.
