Armored Core VI Confirmed at The Game Awards

Developer giant Fromsoftware has been teasing a new robot-themed game for quite a whle now. This got fans speculating on whether it was the next entry for their, recently dormant, series Armored Core. It is important to note that Fromsoftware has not released an Armored Core game since the playstation 3 era, making fans of the series wonder if the IP was going to be left to die out. Well, the wait is over as the game has just been announced at The Game Awards, with a release date of 2023. The official name is “Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon”.
