Random-effects results use the DerSimonian–Laird method. Fixed-effect results use inverse-variance weighting. Heterogeneity is summarized with Q, I², and τ².

For ratio measures, enter positive estimates. In SE mode, the SE is treated as the SE of the log-transformed ratio. In CI mode, the app derives SE from the 95% CI width.

Use this for quick summaries and teaching. Formal meta-analyses may need sensitivity analyses, model diagnostics, publication-bias checks, and domain-specific review decisions.
