User Guide

1. Select whether you want to calculate the absolute value or daily value of a nutrient.

2. Start typing the name of the food, meal, or ingredient you want to analyze in the search bar.

3. From the dropdown list, select the item you are interested in.

4. Choose the specific nutritional value you wish to calculate (e.g., protein, vitamins, minerals).

5. Enter the amount in grams for which you want to calculate the nutritional value.

6. Click the "Calculate" button to get the nutritional information.
