Submission process

The journal follows a staged editorial process designed to support legitimate peer review and consistent publication standards.

  • Download the journal template and prepare the manuscript, title page, and any required supporting documents before submitting. Authors should also review the author guidelines and publication policies before sending materials.

  • Use the submission form below to send new manuscripts, revised files, reviewer-related correspondence, or editorial inquiries. Select the correct reason for contact so the material can be routed properly.

  • All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening for scope, completeness, formatting readiness, and policy compliance. Submissions that are incomplete or clearly unsuitable may be returned before peer review.

  • Suitable manuscripts are reviewed by the editorial office or handling editor to determine whether they should proceed to external peer review. Not all submissions are sent for review.

  • Manuscripts selected for external review may be sent to independent reviewers. Reviewer recommendations inform, but do not determine, the final editorial decision.

  • Editorial decisions may include rejection, major revision, minor revision, or acceptance. Revised submissions should include a clear response document explaining how comments were addressed.

  • Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout, proofing, metadata preparation, and publication. Final publication may include a web article page and downloadable PDF.

File naming and formatting

Please label files clearly so they can be processed efficiently. Recommended file naming examples:

  • Surname_ShortTitle_Manuscript.docx

  • Surname_ShortTitle_TitlePage.docx

  • Surname_ShortTitle_CoverLetter.docx

  • Surname_ShortTitle_ResponseToReviewers.docx

  • Surname_ShortTitle_Figures.zip

Please submit editable source files where possible. PDF files may be used for reference, but editable manuscript files are preferred for production.
